Fully Automatic Product Recovery Machine

“D-Blis” is JMDI unique solution to recover every kind of product from blister packs of different shape and material. The machine’s approximate output is 10-40 blister/minute and the max format size : 220mm X 120 mm.

De-Blis is a self-intelligent PLC based smart product recovery machine it consist of Blister Magazine Station with user-friendly adjustable guide as per blister sizes, pneumatic based single blister charging, motorized product ejection, blow scrap ejection system.

Specialized personnel are not necessary for working the machine. The blisters with any Base & liding foil materials such as: ALU/ALU, PVC/ALU, PP, MEDICAL PAPER, CHILD RESISTANT, ALU-PE, PE etc. can be work in the machine.
